Here are some pictures that I took of our trip to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach over the week of Labor Day in September. We had an awesome time with our friends and by ourselves while we were there. We can't wait to go back again!

What a beautiful view!

I think a storm's a'brewin!

Yikes!

We brought home a lot of shells (not as many as last time!) These are the best ones!

The littlest olive shell.

Boat from the balcony...

That's me up there... (NOT!)

Here are some photos from our trip to Fort Morgan...

Looking up...

From the inside...

Why has Fort Morgan not been turned into a haunted house yet?

Come on into the insane asylum (I mean Fort Morgan!)

On the green...

Looking through...

Don't these look like faces?

Come on in...

View from the top.

Looking down...

Scary door...

Distant view (is that an oil rig?)

Chain

Look Out!

"Damn the torpedoes. Full speed ahead!"

A big Anchor (for taking pictures with...)

The Shoreline.

Bye Fort Morgan!

Here are a few photos from Nature Reserve Park on our way back to Gulf Shores.

An interesting house on the beach.

Another beautiful view!

What is he looking at?

Here are some photos I took of the Botanical Gardens in Richmond, Virginia when we visited Nathan's parents and uncle there in July. It was a little hot that day, but so beautiful.

Come on in...

Follow me!

A quiet and peaceful little place...

A small lake in the Japanese garden.

They're little, yellow, different....

A waterfall in the Japanese garden...

Come sit down and relax!

A white lily....they smelled so good!

A beautiful waterfall...

This is part of the children's garden.

This is the butterfly house....they flew all over our heads and were really hard to take pictures of!

Butterfly lunch break...

A tiger striped one...

This one was as big as your face!

Black on red...

Multicolor one....and no the picture is not upside down...he is!

Orange one...

Here are some photos from our trip to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach in May where we met up with my parents for some yummy seafood, warm sun, and great laughs.

The beautiful beach of Gulf Shores...
